Topgolf, a leader in modern golf entertainment, has appointed Erin Chamberlain as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective July 22. Chamberlain brings extensive experience from PENN Entertainment Inc., the leading North American gaming entertainment provider, where she served as Senior Vice President of Regional Operations since 2019.
In her new role, Chamberlain will oversee Topgolf’s operations worldwide, including player experience, operational standards, technology implementation, food and beverage development, supply chain management, and culinary operations. She joins the executive leadership team under Topgolf CEO Artie Starrs.

Erin Chamberlain brings more than two decades of experience managing large, consumer-focused businesses in highly competitive sectors to Topgolf. While at PENN, Erin managed operations at nine of the company’s national casino network, oversaw PENN’s horse racing operations, and chaired the PENN Women’s Resource Group. Prior to her tenure at PENN, she held key operational leadership positions at Caesars Entertainment, overseeing properties such as Horseshoe Baltimore, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Las Vegas, Horseshoe Hammond, and Caesars Atlantic City.
