Luxury travel specialist Andrew Harper has launched two new initiatives to enhance its customer experience.
This month, Andrew Harper introduced two new initiatives for its members: Exclusive Experiences and a boutique. These offerings are designed to complement the luxury travel services and expert reviews that members already provide.
With deep expertise in hotels, restaurants, and travel recommendations, Andrew Harper creates exclusive experiences that go beyond traditional hotel stays and embrace immersive destination experiences. These include booking luxury villas and private islands, organizing hotel purchases, and even arranging flights to the edge of space with Space Perspective.
The store offers members exclusive access to select travel products at specially negotiated rates. Highlights include a partnership with FPM Milano for luxury luggage and an enhanced Wine Concierge portal, which provides access to rare wines and private tours.
“At Andrew Harper, we are always listening to our members and exploring ways to improve their travel experiences,” Don Jones said, Andrew Harper, Senior Vice President and Managing Director. “For the discerning traveler, vacations extend beyond the hotel. Our exclusive collection of experiences has been curated by our team of experts who have identified some of the world’s finest private yachts, villas, luxury hotels and destination experiences for our customers to enjoy. The launch of the store offers our customers the opportunity to purchase high-quality products at specially negotiated prices. They are curated with our members’ tastes in mind and with the understanding that these items also make the perfect gift for friends and family who love to travel.
“Expanding our membership offering reinforces our ongoing commitment to our travel community. People want to go beyond travel, but they want the support of a trusted expert, which is why we continue to invest in our team of independent editors and advisors.”
In addition to its new services, Andrew Harper has also expanded its travel office hours and introduced a hotel booking tool on its website.
