Aircraft Leasing Company (ALC) has announced the delivery of a new Airbus A321-200neo to Condor. This aircraft is the first of 19 Airbus aircraft scheduled to arrive from ALC’s order book with Airbus by 2027, comprising 17 A321-200neo and two A320-200neo aircraft. In addition, ALC currently has three A321s and two A320s on long-term lease to the airline.
“ALC is pleased to announce the delivery of the first of 19 new Airbus aircraft to Condor today.” Steven F. Udvar-Hazy said, “The A321-200neo will modernize Condor’s fleet with new standards of fuel efficiency, performance and passenger comfort, and will continue ALC’s leadership position as Condor’s largest aircraft leasing company,” said Air Lease Corporation CEO.
“We are pleased to continue building our strong relationship with Condor by delivering the airline’s first A321neo.” Lauren Kervick added, Vice President of Air Lease Corporation: “Our A321-200neo aircraft will play an important role in Condor’s growing fleet and expanding route network.”
