Digital travel platform Agoda has named Bali, Indonesia, as Asia’s number one diving destination. Announced ahead of World Dive Day on August 6, Agoda’s ranking, based on booking data, reveals the most sought-after dive sites across Asia. The list gives diving enthusiasts an insight into Asia’s underwater treasures.

Diving is growing in popularity in Asia, with Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand emerging as top destinations. A study by Vision Research Reports predicts the global dive tourism market will exceed $10 billion by 2032, a 250% increase from 2022.
