Peruvian Chef Arturo Salazar presents a carefully curated selection of four distinct Nikkei Bento Boxes – two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian – each crafted to delight your senses and offer a hint of culinary excellence.
Enjoy Nikkei Bento Boxes featuring a delicious selection of Nikkei-style vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Savour the Japanese-style Salmon and Pineapple Teriyaki Platter paired with aromatic Yakimeshi fried rice. Try the Acefikado Tuna Roll, a crispy prawn and avocado roll topped with juicy tuna slices and vibrant Acefikado sauce, along with the succulent Chicken Gyozas, traditional Japanese dumplings filled with tender chicken. For a sweet finish, enjoy the Tres Leches, a moist sponge cake served with strawberry yoghurt, and the delicious Tamagoyaki, a sweet and savory omelette.
Our vegetarian bento boxes highlight the vibrant flavors of Peruvian cuisine, starting with Vegetable Adobo, a vegetable stew seasoned with pancha, and Garlic Corn Rice, a steamed white rice with corn.
