Wynn Las Vegas is excited to announce a collaboration with the iconic Four Sixes Ranch and acclaimed storyteller Taylor Sheridan to introduce Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, opening at the resort this September. This pop-up experience will embody the legacy of one of Texas’ most iconic ranches, offering guests authentic culinary creations and bold flavors.
Covering more than 260,000 acres in North Texas, Four Sixes Ranch is a leader in high-quality beef production, strategic land management, and breeding some of the finest ranch horses in the world for cowboys who roam vast pastures, rolling hills, and rugged terrain. Owner Taylor Sheridan, known for creating “Yellowstone,” “1883,” and “1923,” has brought the spirit of the American West to life through his compelling storytelling, honoring its rich heritage.
“Our long-standing partnership with Taylor Sheridan and David Glaser brings another unique experience exclusive to Wynn Las Vegas, Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse.” Brian Gulbrants says: Director of Operations, North America, Wynn Resorts. “This limited-time, signature restaurant focuses on Western authenticity along with an unforgettable dinner and cocktail menu.”
Menu highlights will include the stunning Caviar Tower, served with potato wedges, chips and brioche toast; country fried chicken strips, chive cream, pickled quail eggs, lemon zest, parsley and bacon bits; the tableside prime beef tartare, made with roasted shallots, chili peppers, mustard and house-made Texas tortillas; the 28oz 6666 Signature Beef Steak; the 40oz full-breed tomahawk steak served tableside; and banana pudding with vanilla wafers, butter custard and woven sugar.
The beverage program, created by Wynn’s master mixologist Marina Mercer Boarini, will feature a variety of specialty craft cocktails including the Campfire Old Fashioned, smoked over a whiskey barrel stove with Buffalo Trace Bourbon, burnt sweet corn and bitter orange from Merchant’s Exchange; the Wide Open Spaces, a new twist on the popular “Ranch Water” cocktail made with Don Julio Blanco tequila, lime, house-made watermelon soda and cilantro-spiced salt, served in a soda siphon; and the Honky Tonk, a spicy margarita made with Casamigos Reposado tequila, chili peppers, prickly pear, lime, organic agave nectar and 6666 Ranch Taylor Sheridan cowboy salt.
“Four Sixes Ranch has been a proud provider of a selection of Wynn’s fine dining restaurants and now that partnership will be showcased in the form of its own pop-up restaurant.” Taylor Sheridan says“The menu is all about honoring authentic cuisine, highlighting the farm’s time-honored recipes, which Chef David Middleton has elevated to an art form. My passion in life is storytelling and food, and with every dish served at Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, Chef David and I get to do both.”
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, located inside Wynn Tower Suites, will host its pop-up at Tableau nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
