Sheen, whose much-talked-about London IPO is still a distant prospect, continues its regular string of launches, most recently with The Smiley Company, featuring the SmileyWorld brand.
It includes “a vibrant line of home products and accessories designed to bring a dose of positivity and fun to everyday fashion.”
The collection includes hair accessories, handbags, jewelry, socks, and “vibrant” home decor, with prices up to $20.
Smiley has been one of the world’s most popular motifs since its inception in 1971 and as collaborations like this prove, it’s also one of the most versatile, sitting happily in collaborations with luxury names like Anya Hindmarch (where products are priced in the mid to high hundreds of pounds) as well as the latest product with prices starting at just $1.
To elaborate further, last year saw Smiley collaborate with luxury footwear brand Mallet London and French Lacoste. The latter collection was China-focused and available only in Lacoste stores in China, via the official WeChat mini store, the official Tmall flagship store and the official Lacoste Douyin flagship store.
The latest tie-up with Shein is available exclusively on the online store’s website and app.
