Moschino fans in Paris can now get their hands on the hit items from Adrienne Abiolaza’s debut show for the Italian luxury brand, held in February during Milan Fashion Week, from the oversized trench coat to the Tie Me Bag, a new handbag with an extra-long strap. Moschino recently opened a pop-up store dedicated to Abiolaza’s fall/winter 2024-25 “0” collection at its Galeries Lafayette flagship in Paris, on rue Haussmann.
The Moschino pop-up store, on the second floor of Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, will remain open during Paris Women’s Fashion Week, until early October. The store showcases the brand’s new style, with items inspired by the classic haute couture repertoire, but with a subtle subversive touch. The collection consists of shirts, suits, jeans, underwear, pearl jewelry, scarves and ties, all reinterpreted with a dose of Moschino’s signature sense of humor.
Moschino is also present in Paris through its flagship store at 255 rue Saint-Honoré. For a more complete brand experience, the interiors of the Galeries Lafayette pop-up store mimic the atmosphere of the first fashion show of the Argentine designer, who joined Moschino in January 2024. Wide velvet curtains reminiscent of a stage curtain, a checkered floor, and a large wooden table, inspired by the one founder Franco Moschino used to work at, which Abuelaza still uses today.
