Lindex Group plc has announced the appointment of Henrik Henriksson as the new Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Management Team.
Current CFO Anneli Forsberg will continue to work at the group until the end of August.
Henriksson will also take on the role of CFO of Lindex, the women’s specialty apparel unit for which the company is now named.
He will start his work on September 1, 2024, and will report to Group CEO Susanne Ehnbach, and while the company is based in Finland, he will be based in Sweden.
Lindex recently renamed itself to reflect its most successful division, changing from its original name Stockmann as the Stockmann department store business continues to transform.
Prior to joining Lindex Group, Henriksson served as CFO of Eton Shirts AB and in various financial leadership positions for the H&M Group in Sweden, the UK and the US.
In a career spanning nearly 25 years in finance, he has held senior leadership positions for nearly 20 years. “His strong experience in finance, retail and fashion, combined with his extensive global background, will serve as an excellent foundation to accelerate sustainable and profitable growth while increasing shareholder value for The Lindex Group,” said Ehnbag.
