Gianny Darias has joined as Executive Director of Food and Beverage, while Stephanie Van Assche has taken on the role of Executive Director of Human Resources. A seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of experience, Darias now oversees all culinary operations at the resort. His responsibilities include managing the day-to-day functions of the food and beverage department, overseeing banquets, and leading the resort’s various dining establishments: 1878 on the Lake, The Lookout Bar & Eatery, Clubhouse Bar and Grill, and Isle of Capri. Darias brings a wealth of experience from distinguished roles at iconic properties such as Casa de Campo Golf Resort in the Dominican Republic, Lodge Kohler, and most recently EOS Hospitality, where he served as the regional director of food and beverage for the Florida Keys.
