Since launching its luxury fragrance collection in 2019, LVMH-owned Celine, under the creative direction of Hedi Slimane, has made great strides in the beauty industry.
This fall, the French fashion house will enhance its bath and body products with the launch of a liquid soap, hand cream, body wash and hair mousse. These new products follow the launch last year of the bar soap, the Cologne Céleste scented body oil and the shower milk. The products will be available in Parade, La Peau Nue, Reptile and Cologne Céleste fragrances. The hair mousse will be available in Parade, Reptile and Black Tie fragrances.
Celine continues its holistic approach to beauty, with the brand announcing its entry into makeup in March, starting with Le Rouge Céline, a line of lipsticks. The first product in the collection, Rouge Triomphe, will be available in mid-October. By 2025, Celine plans to launch around 15 shades of lipstick. The makeup line, which features formulas made with around 89% natural ingredients, will eventually expand to include other products like mascara and eyeliner.
Celine’s luxury fragrance collection, launched in 2019 with nine fragrances, now includes 12 scents, including the latest addition, Zozo (100 ml, €230).
As Hedi Slimane continues to expand the Celine universe, rumors persist that he may be leaving after six years at the helm. However, the Celine team has not confirmed these speculations.
