SpringHill Suites by Marriott and TownePlace Suites by Marriott officially opened in Avon, Colorado, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Located at 1782 Swift Gulch Road, the dual-branded hotel features 116 suites at SpringHill Suites and 127 suites at TownePlace Suites, both designed to offer unparalleled flexibility and personalized guest experiences. Managed by Pyramid Global Hospitality and developed by JMA Ventures, LLC, this Marriott franchise embodies the spirit of the mountains with pet-friendly accommodations.

Ideally located just 10 minutes from the base of the Beaver Creek and Vail Mountains, the Marriott offers easy access to the Eagle River and over 100 miles of paved bike trails. The strategic location and thoughtful design were envisioned by land investor Traer Creek and JMA Ventures, LLC, recognizing the importance of this prime location to complement the surrounding area and set a new development standard north of Exit 168.
