ITA Airways, Italy’s leading airline, and Croatia Airlines, the national airline of Croatia, are pleased to announce the expansion of their codeshare agreement. This enhanced cooperation aims to improve travel options and connectivity for customers of both airlines between Italy and Croatia.
Currently, Croatia Airlines operates joint flights with Alitalia on the routes between Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO) and Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik. Starting today, Croatia Airlines’ flight code “OU” will also be included on Alitalia’s domestic routes between Rome Fiumicino and Palermo, Bologna, Florence and Naples. This expansion will provide passengers with more travel options and greater comfort.
This enhanced partnership will benefit both business and leisure travellers by providing more choice and seamless connectivity within both airlines’ networks. Croatia Airlines customers will enjoy easier access to Italy, with seamless connections from Rome to various domestic destinations. Similarly, Alitalia will see increased traffic between Italy and Croatia, catering to a wider range of travellers.
Codeshare flights are now available for booking through the airlines’ websites (ita-airways.com and croatiaairlines.com), reservation systems and travel agencies.
