Collinson has partnered with UOB Indonesia to offer Priority Pass membership to its premium banking customers, giving them access to over 1,500 lounges in 145 countries.
Collinson, a global leader in airport experiences, loyalty programmes and customer engagement solutions, and operator of Priority Pass, has announced a new collaboration with United Overseas Bank (UOB) in Indonesia. The partnership provides UOB Indonesia’s premium banking customers with access to over 1,500 airport lounges and travel experiences across 700+ airports in 145 countries worldwide through the Priority Pass network.
For new and existing UOB Indonesia Privilege Banking customers with assets exceeding USD 400,000, Priority Pass membership is included, allowing up to ten complimentary visits per year. Customers managing assets exceeding USD 200,000 are eligible for up to four complimentary visits per year. In addition, UOB Indonesia Privilege Banking customers can invite guests to join them for a nominal fee.
Collinson’s 2023 Asia Pacific Consumer Insights report highlights the growing demand for customer engagement rewards that enhance and simplify travel experiences. Travel-related rewards, such as airport lounge access, not only motivate consumers to engage with a brand more frequently, but also drive brand loyalty. Specifically, in financial services, Collinson research indicates that 76% of consumers surveyed would prefer a bank that offers travel rewards and benefits.
