The popular Chinese restaurant chain Chowman in Kolkata and Delhi is all set to host the latest edition of its highly anticipated annual event, ‘Oriental Seafood Festival’. The month-long festival offers a culinary haven for seafood lovers with an array of unique and mouth-watering dishes prepared by Chowman’s skilled chefs.
This edition of the festival features a range of signature dishes including Thai Fish Cake, Stir-fried Squid with Seasonal Vegetables in Butter Garlic Sauce, and Crawfish in Mint and Chilli Sauce. Adventurous diners can also enjoy Stir-fried Octopus in Tobangan Sauce, among other delicious offerings. The festival also offers a selection of satisfying main courses such as Hunan Fantasea Seafood Hotpot, Kung Pao Crawfish, and Fung Chiu Pomfret, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.
