Hong Kong’s Lion Bar crowned Asia’s Best Bar in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024

Hong Kong’s Lion Bar has been named Asia’s Best Bar, sponsored by Perrier, as Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024 was revealed at a live awards ceremony in Hong Kong. The prestigious event, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Tourism Board, showcased the best bars from 18 destinations across the region, with Lion Bar making an impressive debut in the top spot.

Bar Leon’s debut at No. 1 is a historic moment as the first new bar to top the list. Founded by bartender Lorenzo Antinori, Bar Leon embodies a unique Italian spirit of “popular cocktails” or “cocktails for the people.” The bar focuses on classic, easy-to-drink cocktails with a low-intervention, seasonal approach, complemented by simple decorations and a homey yet sophisticated atmosphere.
