The Body Shop has entered into an exclusive agreement with a consortium led by beauty and personal care investment firm Oria Group, joint administrators of the struggling British cosmetics retailer announced on Wednesday.

The management team will be led by former Molton Brown CEO Charles Denton, and the deal to buy the company could be completed in the coming weeks, officials added.
