Panchshil Realty now offers integrated e-transportation service with metro PMPML Feeder

Panchshil Realty, in association with Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Maha Metro) and Pune Mahanagar Parivaan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML), proudly announces the launch of an e-mobility service for employees integrated with Metro. This pioneering initiative connects Ramwadi Metro Station (near Phoenix Mall Nagar Road) to Panchshil’s prominent office complexes in Kharadi: EON Free Zone I & II and World Trade Centre (WTC).

Senior officials from Pune Metro and PMPML inaugurated the Metro-Integrated Employee Feeder e-Shuttle service at EON Free Zone I, Kharadi on June 19, 2024. The event was attended by senior officials from PMPML, Maha Metro, Office Park occupiers and Panchshil officials.

Main details of the Feeder e-Shuttle service:

• Initial operation: PMPML will operate two electric buses.
• repetition: Buses will run every 30 minutes from 7:30am to 9:30pm on weekdays.
• Road design: The route has been optimised to reduce travel time and distance with minimum stops, effectively connecting the densely populated residential and commercial areas of Kharadi to Ramwadi Metro Station on Nagar Road.
• Eco-friendly mobility: This initiative ensures a sustainable and convenient option for commuting to Kharadi.

Shri Hemant Sonawani, Executive Director, Public Relations & Administration, Maha Metro, “The feeder bus service will greatly benefit employees working at EON IT Parks, WTC in Kharadi and other IT parks in and around Kharadi and Viman Nagar, as well as residents along the bus route, by providing convenient access to Ramwadi Metro Station. The Pune Metro aims to create seamless connectivity for commuters, and encourage more people to opt for the Metro over personal vehicles. By using the feeder bus, employees travelling to IT parks in Kharadi can help reduce road congestion, save travel time and enjoy more personal or family time,” he added.
